    Thank you for shopping at Onistmusic.com. This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered.

    By placing an order through our store, you agree to the terms below.

    1. Order Processing Times

    We process orders on business days (Monday–Friday, excluding major U.S. holidays).

    • Standard processing time is **3–5 business days** from the date your order is placed.  
    • During high-volume periods (new drops, sales, holidays), processing times may be slightly longer.

    You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and another email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

    2. Shipping Methods & Carriers
    -----------------------------

    We currently ship using common carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, or other couriers, depending on your location and the size of your order.

    Shipping options and estimated delivery times will be shown at checkout. Delivery time estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

    3. Shipping Rates
    -------------------

    Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

    • Destination address  
    • Shipping method selected  
    • Weight and size of the items in your order  

    From time to time, we may offer free or promotional shipping. Any such offers will be clearly indicated on the Site and/or at checkout.

    4. Shipping Destinations
    ------------------------

    We currently ship to addresses within the United States.  

    If and when international shipping is offered, additional shipping charges, customs duties, taxes, and import fees may apply. These costs are the responsibility of the customer and will not be included in our prices unless stated otherwise.

    5. Order Tracking
    ------------------------

    Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information (if available for your chosen shipping method). Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking details to update after shipment.

    If you have not received a tracking email within a reasonable time after your order is placed, please check your spam/junk folder and then contact us at **onlyoneonisty@gmail.com** if needed.

    6. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
    -----------------------------------

    Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to addresses that were entered incorrectly or incompletely by the customer.

    If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we can:

    • Reship the order to an updated address (additional shipping fees may apply), or  
    • Offer a refund for the item(s) minus original shipping costs, if the items are still in resellable condition.

    7. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
    -------------------------------

    Once a package has been handed to the carrier, the risk of loss passes to you. We are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged in transit.

    If your package is lost or shows as delivered but you have not received it:

    1. Check with household members or neighbors to see if someone else accepted the package.  
    2. Check with your local post office or carrier facility.  
    3. If you still cannot locate the package, contact the carrier to open a claim.  

    If your item arrives damaged, please contact us at **onlyoneonisty@gmail.com** within **7 days** of delivery with:

    • Your order number  
    • Photos of the packaging and damaged item  

    We’ll review the situation and work with you on a solution, which may include a replacement or partial refund depending on the circumstances and product availability.

    8. Pre-Orders and Backordered Items
    --------------------------------

    From time to time, we may offer pre-order or backordered items:

    • Estimated ship dates for pre-orders will be stated in the product description.  
    • If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, we may ship the entire order together when all items are available, or we may split the shipment at our discretion.

    Any changes to expected ship dates will be communicated by email when possible.

    9. Changes & Cancellations

    • If your order has **not yet been processed or shipped**, we’ll do our best to accommodate changes or cancellation.  
    • If your order has **already shipped**, it cannot be changed or cancelled and will instead fall under our Return & Refund Policy.
