Onistmusic.com (“we”, “us”, “our”).
We’re a small, independent artist brand, so every order matters. This policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds work in our store.
1. Eligibility for Returns (Physical Items)
We accept returns on eligible physical merchandise (for example: apparel, hats, accessories) if:

You contact us within 14 days of the delivery date, and

The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition, and

All original tags and packaging are included.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first.
2. Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns or offer refunds on:

Digital products (music downloads, digital files, etc.)

Gift cards
-
Download codes
-
Items marked final sale
-
Any item returned worn, washed, damaged, or missing original packaging
If a digital product doesn’t work (for example, a corrupt download link), contact us and we’ll help you fix the issue or resend access.
3. Exchanges (Wrong Size or Defective Item)
If you received:

The wrong size, or
-
A defective or damaged item
please email onlyoneonisty@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
If the item is still in stock, we’ll do our best to exchange it. If not, we may offer a refund or store credit instead.
4. Return Shipping Costs
Unless the return is due to an error on our part (wrong item, defective or damaged on arrival), you are responsible for:

The cost of return shipping, and

Making sure the item is packed safely so it’s not damaged in transit.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you to confirm approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:

Refunds are issued to your original method of payment

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer
If your refund is delayed, first check with your bank or card company. If you still don’t see it, contact us at onlyoneonisty@gmail.com.
6. Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, contact us at onlyoneonisty@gmail.com as soon as possible.
